One of the main operational goals of SK Enterprises Mfg. is to attain the highest customer satisfaction level through superior product quality, and great customer service.
We strive to answer all contact to us as fast and completely as possible, and resolve complaints fast and fairly.
We realize some customers may be unhappy with their purchases, or simply do not need the product for other reasons.
All products that fall under the "bedding products" category are subjected to a special conditions to where if an item is used, it can not be sold as new again. All SK Enterprises Mfg. are subjected to this special condition. We can only accept returns for unused items, that are in re-sellable, new condition.
If we accept a return on a used product, we have just lost a fair amount of our own investment, because we can not legally re-sell it as new and unused.
SK Enterprises Mfg. will accept returns of all unused products for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges (prepaid) to SK Enterprises Mfg, and we will refund the purchase price (and any applicable NC State taxes paid) in the form of a check.
